Pattern, tool & die and model making

We specialize in foundry patternmaking made from drawings and or samples. Patterns are made the conventional way and where necessary with the use of our 3D cnc router. We manufacture patterns for a variety of applications including foundry patterns, fiberglass tooling, vacuum forming tools etc. We also manufacture moulds for construction, brick and block making and concrete product industry.

Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Castings

We offer a complete casting service from patternmaking to a final machined product We supply castings in various grades of materials which includes aluminium, bronzes, irons and steels. Products are supplied according to customer requirements and international standards. Third party conformance testing is carried out where required.

Machining Services

We offer a variety of machining services, including CNC machining, turning, and milling. We can machine a variety of materials, including metals, plastics, and composites.
